Hello!  Welcome to the 2022 - 2023 School Year!!

My name is Ms. Benitez and I am excited to be teaching 5th Grade Reading at DGG Elementary this year, it will be my 10th year teaching, but first time in 5th Grade.  I have coached several Sports and UIL Events aside from teaching.  I love being in the classroom and on the field to encourage student growth in academics and extra-curricular activities.  I hope to make a difference in every student and guide them to their own success.  I am looking forward to this year, lets make it a great one!

Mi nombre es Ms. Benítez y estoy emocionada de enseñar Lectura de 5^o Grado en DGG Elementary este año, será mi 10^mo año enseñando, pero la primera vez en 5^o Grado.  He entrenado varios eventos deportivos y académicos de UIL aparte de la enseñansa en clase.  Me encanta estar en la clase y en la cancha para fomentar el crecimiento de los estudiantes en actividades académicas y extracurriculares.  Espero hacer una diferencia en cada estudiante y guiarlos hacia su propio éxito.  Estoy deseando que llegue este año, ¡haremos este año escolar genial!
