I was born in Roma, Texas back in 1974. I attended school in Rio Grande City, Texas.  I graduated high school in 1992.  In the Fall of 1992 I enrolled at Texas A&M-Kingsville and graduated in Fall 1997.  I started working for Roma ISD in the Spring of 1998. In the year 2000 I became the Varsity tennis coach for Roma High School.  It took 4 years to win my 1st District Championship! In 2010 Roma High School was ranked as one of the top 20 tennis programs in the state for 5 years! As of 2020, Roma High School has won a total of 28 championships!  I'm proud to say that 10 of my athletes have been offered to play tennis collegiatly.
