Hello everyone! My name is Crystal Cantu, and I am a Roma High School graduate, class of 2005. My degrees include a Bachelor's in English from the University of Texas - Pan American, a Master's in English from Southern New Hampshire University, and a Master's in Library Science from Sam Houston State University.

This will be my 13th year as an educator. I have both online and traditional classroom experience. My first eight years as a teacher, I taught freshmen, and it was a wonderful adventure. I have taught juniors and seniors for the past five years, and that has been a completely different adventure. It has been a wonderful experience so far, and I look forward to creating a lifetime worth of memories with my students. 

I currently serve as the dual enrollment instructor for ENG 1301 Composition I and 1302 Composition II - Rhetoric at South Texas College. I am very passionate about online learning and hope that we can rely on each other to be successful. I know these are trying times for each of us, but I am confident we will get through this semester together in the most positive way.
