My name is Mrs. Bertha Guerra and I have been teaching at Roma Middle School since 2002. I graduated from Roma High School in 1997 and attended the University of Texas-Pan American until I graduated in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Studies. I received my Masters in Curriculum and Instruction in Technology from Grand Canyon University in 2010. I’ve taught 7^th grade Texas History and 8^th grade American History and currently serve as the Social Studies Department Head for Roma Middle School. I love to teach history and I love to teach students to appreciate the past to better understand the present and better prepare them for the future.
