ARP ESSER III

The ARP ESSER III grant program is authorized in the American Rescue Plan Act (ARP), signed into law in March 2021.

The period of availability for ARP ESSER III grant funds is from March 13, 2020 (with pre-award), to September 30, 2024 (with carryover).

Roma ISD sought input prior to submitting the ESSER application from stakeholders through an online survey.  Respondents included students, parents, school and district administrators, special education administrators, teachers, principals, school leaders, other educators, and school staff. The results of this survey were used to develop the spending plan for this grant.
