Hello,

My name Manuel and I teach the Spanish II regular and the Spanish III Ap Literature and Cultre classes. I have been working for Roma Isd for 27 years at the high school level. In my expericence I have learned that the saying in Spanish, No dejes para manana lo que tienes que hacer hoy, has to be applied in the classroom as a strategy for student learning.I like to make my students feel at home when they enter my classroom. This simple strategy allows me to make it easier to accomodate the learning styles our diverse classroom population presents. The biggest satisfaction is to know that my students are learning. On a personal note, I am married and have two daughters and a son and 5 wounderful grandchildren. I am a Catholic who believes in God above all things. I thank Him for everyday belssings in my life. I am a very humble person. In the classroom, I can be assertive and strict but always understandable.
