LTC Luis C. Barrera, US Army Retired, 29 years of combine US Air Force and Army service. LTC (R) Barrera served in the USAF as a Security Policeman Sergeant from 83-87 and US Army Logistics Officer from 1989-2012. He is an Iraq War Veteran, but enjoyed his time in Honduras during the 80’s. Currently the Senior Army Instructor for the Roma HS US Army JROTC. Rio Grande City High School 82, BS in Police Administration, UTPA 89 and MPA Columbus State University, GA, 2001. Married to Norma Guerrero and have two daughters.
